Renovated with local materials and respect for the original architecture, the villa overlooks the Adriatic from a 40-metre cliff. A private path leads down to the sea, while the garden hosts pool, sun terrace, and barbecue area.
The property includes three independent apartments, each with its own entrance. Open the connecting doors and the villa becomes a single retreat for up to 14 guests.
The cliffside pool (4 × 2.5 m) is generally open from May through October; contact us about special date requests. It sits by the sea-facing garden, with sun beds and an outdoor shower. Nearby, a private path descends toward the water.
The Mediterranean garden includes a barbecue corner (reserved for the main apartment) and parking space for up to five cars.
