The Villa
A newly renovated villa perched on a panoramic cliff above the legendary Zinzulusa Cave in Castro — "the pearl of Salento" — where crystal-clear waters, ancient history and a magnificent bay converge.
Renovated with local materials and respect for the original architecture, the villa overlooks the Adriatic from a 40-metre cliff. A private path leads down to the sea, while the garden hosts pool, sun terrace, and barbecue area.
The property includes three independent apartments, each with its own entrance. Open the connecting doors and the villa becomes a single retreat for up to 14 guests.
Pool & Sea Access
The cliffside pool (4 × 2.5 m, available May to October) is close to the sea-facing garden, with sun beds and outdoor shower. Nearby, the private sea path descends toward the water.
Garden & Parking
The Mediterranean garden includes a barbecue corner (reserved for the main apartment) and parking space for up to five cars.
