Li Funni Exclusive

Recently renovated and stylishly furnished, Li Funni Exclusive is the complete estate experience, set on a quiet panoramic cliff above the Zinzulusa Cave in Castro, Salento, Southern Italy.

Castro is known as the Pearl of Salento: Blue Flag waters, dramatic limestone cliffs, the historic old town, and one of the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic coast. The villa overlooks the sea from a 40-metre cliff and features a private path down to the water.

The estate consists of three completely separate and independent apartments, divided by internal doors. When rented as a whole, it becomes an ideal full-villa solution for large families, multi-generational stays, or groups of friends who want shared time together while keeping privacy across separate spaces.

The main floor apartment is a work of art and beauty. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a main entrance, and a living room are all interconnected. The sea-view terrace, covered with natural bamboo canes, provides shade, atmosphere, and room for long breakfasts and dinners outdoors.

In the living room, the working fireplace is built on a 2-tonne stone from a local cave. The main hall is dominated by a 3-metre olive wood table seating 12, with a huge patio door opening directly onto the sea-view terrace.

Across the estate, guests enjoy Mediterranean outdoor living, direct sea access, and a pool with sea view. The dish set is handmade in the Salentine ceramic tradition and was crafted exclusively for our home.
