Eine kürzlich renovierte Villa auf einer Panoramaklippe über der legendären Zinzulusa-Höhle in Castro — die Perle des Salento — wo kristallklares Wasser, antike Geschichte und eine prächtige Bucht zusammentreffen.
Die Villa wurde mit lokalen Materialien und Respekt vor der ursprünglichen Architektur renoviert und liegt 40 Meter über der Adria. Ein privater Weg führt zum Meer, während der Garten Pool, Sonnenterrasse und Grillbereich bietet.
Das Anwesen umfasst drei unabhängige Apartments mit eigenen Eingängen. Mit geöffneten Verbindungstüren wird die Villa zu einem Gesamtanwesen für bis zu 14 Gäste.
Der Klippenpool (4 × 2,5 m, verfügbar von Mai bis Oktober) liegt im meernahen Gartenbereich mit Liegen und Außendusche.
Der mediterrane Garten bietet eine Grillecke (für das Hauptapartment reserviert) und Parkplatz für bis zu fünf Autos.
