The Villa
A newly renovated villa perched on a panoramic cliff above the legendary Zinzulusa Cave in Castro — "the pearl of Salento" — where crystal-clear waters, ancient history and a magnificent bay converge.
Renovated with respect for the original builder's vision and local Pugliese materials, the villa overlooks the Adriatic from a 40-metre cliff. A private path leads down to the sea, while the garden hosts a swimming pool, sun terrace and stone barbecue area.
The property comprises three fully independent apartments, each with its own entrance — perfect for privacy. Open the connecting doors, and the entire villa becomes a single retreat for up to 14 guests.
Pool & Sea Access
A stunning cliffside pool (4 × 2.5 m, available May–October) sits in the part of the garden closest to the sea, surrounded by sun beds and a shower. Nearby, a private path descends to the water — the landscape is unforgettable.
Garden & Parking
The large Mediterranean garden offers a barbecue corner (reserved for the main apartment) and space to park up to five cars.
